Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to provide ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings across Maryland. You will assess needs, design and adjust individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while partnering with families to implement strategies in daily life.

The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay of $90–$95, and incentives for supervision and referrals, with opportunities for leadership and professional growth within a BHCOE-accredited

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Licensed in Maryland (or actively pursuing licensure) at the time of hire.
Experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments.
Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
Train, supervise, and support your team of RBTs in the field.
Partner with families through hands-on education and coaching.
Collaborate with supervisors and the quality assurance team to review outcomes and raise the standard of care.
