Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, a BCBA-owned ABA therapy provider, is seeking a field-based BCBA in Maryland. You will bring clinical care into homes, schools, and communities, partnering with families and a team of RBTs and supervisors to deliver high-quality treatment in natural settings.

You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in BHCOE-accredited training. The role offers flexible scheduling, travel allowances, and opportunities for supervision bonuses and referral

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland licensure or pursuing licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct assessments and implement treatment plans.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Partner with families through education and coaching to carry strategies into daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA team to review outcomes and maintain high standards of care.
