Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is a field-based BCBA opportunity in Maryland, serving children in homes, schools, and communities. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families to extend progress into daily life.

As part of a BHCOE-accredited training site, you will mentor future clinicians, collaborate with supervisors, and uphold high-quality outcomes while traveling to client locations across Maryland and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Licensed in Maryland (or actively pursuing licensure) at the time of hire.
• Experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to assess and develop treatment plans.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field to ensure clinical consistency.
• Coach families to carry strategies into daily routines and settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and maintain high quality of care.
