Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care directly into the environments that matter most to each child—home, school, and community. You will develop and refine treatment plans, train RBTs, and coach families to support progress across settings.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team, including clinical supervisors, to ensure high-quality outcomes. This role offers generous earnings and a strong path for professional growth within a BHCOE-accredited program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland licensure or actively pursuing licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct assessments and develop plans.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Coach families to carry treatment strategies into daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to improve care quality.

Education

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

BCBA certification

Licensed in Maryland (or pursuing licensure)
