Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA interventions in homes, schools, and communities. You will develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families to support ongoing progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling, travel across client sites, and a competitive compensation package with an hourly rate of $90.00–$95.00 and sign-on bonuses for eligible clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• BCBA certification required or actively pursuing licensure.
• Licensed in Maryland or pursuing licensure is preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Train and supervise RBTs, ensuring clinical consistency across cases.
• Educate and coach families to carry strategies into daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise care standards.
