This BHCOE-accredited site offers mentorship, a transparent, performance-based pay model, and opportunities for supervision income. Travel is essential to deliver evidence-based services and support child development.

Qualifications

• Master's in ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland licensure or active pursuit of license.
• Experience supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct assessments and formulate goals.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field to ensure clinical consistency.
• Partner with families, coaching caregivers to apply strategies across daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise care standards.
