Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring high quality ABA care into clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You will lead assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families for daily carryover.

You will work with a skilled team in a BHCOE-accredited setting, supported by dedicated schedulers and expert mentors to promote professional growth and impact across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Licensure in Maryland (or actively pursuing it) at hire is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs in ABA programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings for assessments and treatment.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Educate families and coach caregivers to implement strategies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to improve outcomes.
