Global Payments Inc. is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive adoption of Genius and other solutions across restaurant, retail, and service sectors.

You’ll build and manage a robust pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking, delivering compelling presentations in person and virtually. You will collaborate closely with the District Manager, identify new opportunities, and close deals within short cycles while maintaining detailed activity in

Qualifications

• Must have proven success in B2B sales, preferably SaaS/fintech or merchant services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in person and virtually.
• High energy, self-motivated and results-driven with a team mindset.
• Professional presence and ability to connect with business owners and earn trust quickly.
• Willingness to spend 75% of time in the field and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs in restaurant, retail, and service industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and online to show how Genius helps streamline payments and loyalty.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales in a short cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity in Atlas and Salesforce, including notes and follow-ups.
