Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive sales of Genius® and other solutions across restaurants, retail, and service sectors. The role focuses on field prospecting, local networking, and delivering value-based, in-person or virtual presentations.

You will manage a healthy pipeline, collaborate with the District Manager, and maintain detailed activity logs in Salesforce. A strong communicator with 1+ year of outside sales and a willingness to be in the field is

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, results driven with a team mindset.
• Professional presence to connect with business owners and earn trust quickly.
• Comfortable spending 75% of the time in the field with a valid driver's license.
• Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to show benefits of Genius for payments, ops and loyalty.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including notes and follow-ups.
