Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative for a field-based/remote role with up to 75% travel within your territory. You will drive new business, expand accounts, and educate clients on our comprehensive make-ready, repair and maintenance services.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in outside B2B sales, a proven track record of closing deals, and strong CRM usage (Salesforce preferred).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in services or construction.
• Strong track record of acquiring new clients and expanding accounts.
• Proficient with CRM tools to manage pipelines and forecast results.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
• Expand and retain accounts by building trusted client relationships.
• Promote our services and educate clients on the full suite offered.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
• Develop tailored proposals and coordinate handoffs for new projects.
• Support launching new services and defining scopes and processes.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
