MultiPro Property Solutions is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive new business, expand market share, and build revenue pipelines in a field-based/remote role with up to 75% travel. You'll engage prospects through visits, outbound prospecting, and referrals, develop tailored proposals, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of securing new clients.
• Ability to build revenue pipelines and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: identify, engage, and secure new clients.
• Expand & Retain Accounts: grow relationships and cross-sell services.
• Promote Our Services: educate clients on full suite of services.
• Collaborate Across Teams: coordinate onboarding and project execution.
• Manage Proposals & Bids: develop proposals and support renewals.
• Support Service Launches: define scopes and ensure launches.
• Represent MultiPro: attend events and client meetings.
