Verizon is seeking a driven sales professional to join our Illinois field team. You will identify, pursue, and close new business while expanding current customer relationships across wireless, cloud, security and software solutions.

The role involves substantial travel within the South Suburbs area and surrounding towns. It offers base pay plus uncapped commissions in a mobile working model with a 40-hour week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience required.
• Experience in outside sales, prospecting and negotiation.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50% of the time and operate in a mobile field role.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and qualify leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Meet sales targets by gaining new business and increasing revenue.
• Retain, manage and grow the existing customer base.
• Coordinate with support partners to educate customers on solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Present multi-product solutions including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP.
