You will drive early detection, build relationships with healthcare teams, and execute national sales strategies. In this role, you will meet sales targets, educate providers, collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams, and expand the program through regional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B field-based, customer-facing sales role with a proven track record.
• Experience selling medical/healthcare products preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn technical product knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through prospecting and execution of national strategies.
• Engage healthcare providers and gain commitment to adopt Shield CRC test.
• Educate primary care practices with product knowledge and training.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams.
• Plan and execute launches in line with brand strategies.
• Provide high-touch customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain CRM records and report insights to leadership.
