Job summary

Guardant Health, a leading precision oncology company, is seeking a field-based Account Executive to promote the SHIELD colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to primary care providers nationwide. You will collaborate with sales leadership to shape go‑to‑market strategies and drive adoption and patient impact.

You will engage providers, educate on the SHIELD test, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing account growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of customer-facing sales experience in healthcare (diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales).
Alternatively, minimum 2 years of customer-facing sales in healthcare plus direct clinical experience as RN or PA.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting, relationship-building, and national strategies.
Engage healthcare providers and gain commitment to adopt SHIELD test for CRC and other cancers.
Explain and demonstrate how Guardant Health offerings improve patient outcomes and practice efficiency.
Provide product knowledge and training to primary care practices to gain stakeholder support.
Collaborate with clinical, marketing and product teams to align sales plans.
Identify new opportunities within territory and expand reach with regional labs.
