Job summary

Guardant Health is recruiting a field-based Account Executive to promote colorectal cancer screening technologies to primary care providers. You will collaborate with sales leadership to set go-to-market strategies and launch innovative cancer screening products.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role in healthcare space, preferably in diagnostics, medical device and/or pharmaceutical sales.
Outstanding strategic sales account planning skills.
Superior listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Prospect and target healthcare providers for Shield for CRC and other cancer screening technologies.
Meet or exceed sales goals.
Drive strategic expansion opportunities with primary care practices.
Create a territory business plan aligned with national brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
Acquire and maintain laboratory and phlebotomy draw agreements, including trainings and workflow support.
Identify marketplace opportunities and share best practices with cross-functional teams.
Monitor competitive activity and trends in assigned markets.
Plan persuasive approaches and pitches to win business.
Implement promotional activities in line with company policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer needs.
