Job summary

Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a field-based Account Executive to promote the Shield™ colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to primary care providers.

You will drive early detection of cancer and help reduce healthcare costs by expanding adoption across clinics. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, meet sales targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic launches and expand your territory through partnerships with labs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing sales in healthcare (diagnostics, medical device, or pharma) or 2+ years in healthcare with direct clinical experience.
• Experience with diagnosis products, especially blood-based testing or cancer screening, is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage in selling conversations and overcome objections.
• Experience with launching products in healthcare/diagnostic space is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through prospecting, relationship-building, and national sales strategies.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and gain commitment to adopt Shield test.
• Educate and train primary care practices on Shield integration into workflow.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
