Job summary

Guardant Health is seeking a field-based Account Executive to promote the Shield colorectal cancer blood test to primary care providers and drive early detection in the US.

You will collaborate with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, meet sales targets, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and support clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing sales experience in healthcare (diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical) or 2+ years with clinical patient-care background (RN/PA).
• Experience with diagnostic products, especially blood-based cancer screening, is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage conversations, overcome objections, and align client needs with offerings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets through prospecting, relationships, and national sales strategies.
• Engage healthcare providers and gain commitment to adopt Shield test for CRC and other cancers.
• Educate providers with in-depth product knowledge to ensure smooth integration into practice workflows.
