Job summary

Guardant Health is seeking a field-based Associate Account Executive to promote the Shield colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to primary care providers, driving early detection and improved patient outcomes. You will collaborate with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and launch groundbreaking cancer screening technologies that can reduce healthcare costs.

Your role focuses on reaching healthcare providers, educating on the Shield test, and building strong stakeholder

Qualifications

2+ years in a B2B field-based and customer-facing sales role with a proven track record of success.
Preferred: Experience selling medical or healthcare products or services.
Ability to engage in selling conversations, overcome objections, and align client needs with product offerings.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

Achieve Sales Targets by meeting or exceeding sales goals through prospecting and execution of national sales strategies.
Target and Engage Healthcare Providers to gain commitment to adopt Shield test in primary care.
Demonstrate how Guardant Health offerings improve patient outcomes and streamline practice workflows.
Educate and Support Providers with product knowledge and training for primary care adoption.
