Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to grow a defined territory in fuel ethanol, food processing, and manufacturing markets.

You will provide hands-on technical support, craft proposals, and partner with operations and supply chain to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. Travel is extensive; strong business planning, CRM hygiene in Salesforce, and the ability to build value through Hydrite's network are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and sales/technical experience preferred.
• 5+ years in sales or related technical field preferred.
• Experience in Fuel Ethanol Production preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with job-specific software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined sales territory with new business development.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans with sales leadership.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise and hands-on support to customers.
• Design customer programs leveraging Hydrite's capabilities.
• Analyze sales performance and forecast annual volumes.
• Prepare proposals and service documentation.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records for pipeline management.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and supply chain.
• Monitor competition and negotiate pricing to improve margins.
• Travel extensively within territory to support relationships.
