Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow specialty chemical solutions across fuel ethanol, food processing, and other markets.

You will identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and work closely with leadership to drive revenue growth while delivering technical service on-site with customers. You will provide application support, design customer programs, and collaborate with operations and supply chain to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years in sales or technical roles.
Experience in fuel ethanol, food processing, or chemical markets is desirable.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a defined sales territory with focus on new business development.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue and margin goals.
Identify and close new opportunities; expand penetration in existing accounts.
Provide technical expertise and hands-on support to customers and prospects.
Design customer programs leveraging Hydrite's capabilities to create long-term value.
Analyze sales performance, prepare quarterly summaries, and forecast volumes.
Prepare proposals, service reports, and technical service requests.
Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and supply chain to ensure product availability.
Monitor market activity, negotiate pricing, and pursue margin improvements.
Travel extensively within the territory to support relationships and growth.
