Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in a field-based role, building strong customer relationships while selling Hydrite’s chemical portfolio for manufacturing and industrial customers.

The role focuses on new business, account expansion, and providing technical service and value-driven solutions across the territory. Extensive travel and collaboration with operations, purchasing, and supply chain are required.

Qualifications

• College education and prior sales and/or technical experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and job-specific software.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined sales territory with emphasis on new business development.
• Develop and execute territory plans with sales leadership to hit revenue and margins.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities and penetrate existing accounts.
• Provide technical expertise and application support to customers and prospects.
