Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. in the United States seeks a Business Development Account Manager (Industrial) to grow margin, volume, and revenue by acquiring new customers in an uncharted geography.

You will lead the sales process, build a sustainable pipeline, and collaborate with the Hydrite sales team to maximize project margins. Candidates should reside in Northwestern SC, Eastern TN, Western NC and must be comfortable with frequent overnight travel; a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with English proficiency.
• Ability to identify opportunities and close business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new customer base in uncharted geography.
• Meet new business objectives including margin growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to assemble annual business plan.
• Maximize margins of new projects with Hydrite sales team.
• Identify target accounts and build relationships with decision makers.
• Maintain Salesforce funnel and leverage BI reports.
• Communicate across Hydrite departments to ensure project success.
