Tractor Supply seeks a Direct Sales Specialist to cultivate B2B and Bulk sales with Life Out Here partners, venues, and large event centers. You will drive lead generation, convert opportunities, and coordinate with Merchants to meet inventory and delivery needs.

In this hybrid role, you’ll travel 50–75% to customer sites and stores, requiring a valid driver’s license and strong relationship-building skills to achieve revenue goals and deliver legendary service.

Qualifications

• Experience: Outside sales with B2B/Bulk sales experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proven ability to build relationships and meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow B2B & Bulk Sales relationships with event centers, venues, and businesses.
• Bridge Sales to Merchant Inventory and Delivery Capabilities to meet customer needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue goals.
• Identify and deploy new capabilities for B2B & Bulk customers.
• Manage and maintain KPIs, metrics, and financial reporting.
