Job summary

Tractor Supply in Pennsylvania is seeking a Direct Sales Specialist to develop and nurture B2B and Bulk Sales relationships, from lead generation to lead conversion. This role serves as the primary contact for B2B & Bulk customers in the field and collaborates with internal and external partners to support inventory and delivery capabilities.

Experience: Minimum of one year in an Outside Sales role, preferably in B2B & Bulk sales.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and grow B2B & Bulk Sales relationships with Life Out Here event centers, venues, and businesses within the assigned area.
Bridge Sales to Merchant Inventory and Delivery Capabilities to meet customer needs.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/goals as assigned.
Manage KPI’s, metrics, and financial reporting to sustain relationships and growth.
Serve as the main point of contact for B2B & Bulk customers in the field.
Conduct local market research and cold outreach to leads; close sales to achieve revenue goals.
Travel 50%–75% to customer sites, districts, stores, and DCs.
