Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Direct Sales Specialist to grow B2B and Bulk sales, connecting with event centers, venues, and businesses within the district. You will serve as the primary liaison for B2B clients, coordinating with Merchant Inventory and Delivery teams to meet inventory and delivery needs.

Responsibilities include lead generation, relationship management, and achieving sales targets. The role requires 50%–75% travel, a valid driver's license, and flexible hours to align with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• High School diploma required; any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience in Outside/B2B sales or sales to large event centers/venues preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and grow B2B and Bulk Sales relationships with Life Out Here event centers, venues, and businesses within assigned area/district.
• Bridge Sales to Merchant Inventory and Delivery capabilities to meet B2B & Bulk customers’ needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue goals as assigned.
• Maintain KPI’s, Metrics, and financial reporting needed to sustain B2B & Bulk Sales relationships and growth.
