Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Phoenixville, PA, is seeking a Direct Sales Specialist to develop and nurture B2B and Bulk Sales relationships, from lead generation to conversion. You will serve as the primary field contact for B2B & Bulk customers and coordinate with Merchants and Operations to meet inventory and delivery needs.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of one year in an Outside Sales role, preferably B2B/Bulk sales.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and grow B2B & Bulk Sales relationships with event centers, venues, and businesses.
Bridge Sales to Merchant Inventory and Delivery capabilities to meet customer needs.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue goals as assigned.
Conduct local market research to identify sales leads and execute outreach.
Maintain KPI’s, metrics, and financial reporting for B2B & Bulk relationships.
