Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Direct Sales Specialist to grow B2B and Bulk sales by turning leads into revenue. You will coordinate with Merchants, Inventory, and Delivery to meet customer needs and drive strategic partnerships in the district.

The role requires at least one year in outside sales, with a preference for B2B/Bulk experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. Hybrid work with significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in an Outside Sales role, preferably in B2B & Bulk sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Experience partnering with retail operations to support B2B & Bulk sales customers.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and grow B2B & Bulk Sales relationships within assigned area.
• Bridge Sales to Merchant Inventory and Delivery capabilities to meet customer needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue goals.
• Maintain KPI’s, metrics, and financial reporting for B2B & Bulk relationships.
• Act as main contact for B2B & Bulk customers and inform on enhancements or new capabilities.
