Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Direct Sales Specialist to cultivate and expand B2B & Bulk sales across assigned districts. You will serve as the primary field contact and coordinate with internal partners to meet inventory and delivery needs.

You will identify opportunities through market research, lead generation, and outbound outreach, while driving revenue goals and maintaining strong partner relationships. Travel will be 50%–75% to customer sites and stores.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one year in an Outside Sales role, preferably B2B & Bulk sales or sales to large event centers/venues.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. High School diploma required.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow B2B & Bulk Sales relationships with Life Out Here event centers, venues, and businesses within the district.
• Bridge Sales to Merchant Inventory and Delivery capabilities to meet B2B & Bulk needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue goals.
• Maintain KPI, metrics, and financial reporting for B2B & Bulk relationships.
• Conduct local market research and perform cold outreach to generate leads and close sales.
