You will conduct daily in-person sales visits with small and medium-sized businesses, meet owners and HR managers, present supplemental benefits, and build long-term relationships while developing a referral-driven book of business. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily in-person B2B sales visits with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Meet with business owners, HR managers, and key decision makers.
• Present supplemental insurance and employee benefits solutions in group and 1:1 settings.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop a referral-driven book of business.
• Manage your pipeline using our proprietary CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
