Southeastern Insurance Group is expanding its North Georgia field sales team and seeking motivated B2B Sales Professionals for a full-time role with leadership opportunities. Expect substantial first-year earnings and a path to leadership, with ongoing training and licensing support.

In this position you will visit small and medium-sized businesses, meet owners and HR managers, present supplemental benefits, and build a referral-driven book of business while managing your pipeline and hitting

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proven track record of high performance in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• No prior insurance experience required — we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily in person B2B sales visits with small and medium-sized businesses
• Meet with business owners, HR managers, and key decision makers
• Present supplemental insurance and employee benefits solutions in group and 1:1 settings
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop a referral-driven book of business
• Manage your pipeline using our proprietary CRM system
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
