Southeastern Insurance Group is seeking motivated B2B Sales Professionals for a North Georgia field role. You will visit small and medium businesses, engage owners and HR leaders, and present employee benefits solutions in group and one-on-one settings.

Earn substantial commissions with a clear path to leadership, including ongoing training and a supportive, high-performance culture designed for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily in person B2B sales visits with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Meet with business owners, HR managers, and key decision makers.
• Present supplemental insurance and employee benefits solutions in group and 1:1 settings.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop a referral-driven book of business.
• Manage your pipeline using our proprietary CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
