You will meet with business owners and HR leaders, present supplemental employee benefits, and build a referral-driven book of business while using our CRM to manage a robust pipeline. Training is provided, and top performers can advance into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily in person B2B sales visits with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Meet with business owners, HR managers, and key decision makers.
• Present supplemental insurance and employee benefits solutions in group and 1:1 settings.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop a referral-driven book of business.
• Manage your pipeline using our proprietary CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
