Job summary

Kitchen Guard is seeking a driven B2B sales rep for commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning services in Birmingham, AL. You will generate your own pipeline, book hood inspections, and close contracts using a proven playbook.

Expect a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a quarterly signing bonus, with year-one realistic earnings ranging from mid 50s to low 70s. The role requires climbing roofs, lifting 40+ pounds, and managing a field sales process from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of B2B outside sales or high-volume prospecting.
• Able to cold-call strangers and persevere after no answers.
• Organized, self-directed and owns your calendar.
• Working knowledge of CRM, Excel, email and iPad.

Responsibilities

• Book 8-12 hood system inspections per week by phone, email, and cold knocking.
• Run the inspection: set your ladder, go on the roof, pull filters, photograph the ductwork.
• Build proposals in ServiceMinder and present them in person on an iPad.
• Close 2-4 contracts per week. Typical cycle is about two weeks from first contact to signature.
• Displace incumbents by showing owners photos of ductwork to drive conversations.
