Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive field-based sales for small business clients across data, phone, video and mobile services. You will prospect within your territory, conduct needs analyses, and guide leads from first contact to final sale while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales or telecom experience, plus a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales in assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, presentations and deals.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure order execution and service.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay current on products and strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
