Job summary

Spectrum Business in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to grow our small business client base. You’ll prospect, analyze needs, and close deals across data, phone, video and mobile services while delivering exceptional service.

Daily field-based sales with travel within the territory; use CRM tools to manage activities. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/tech preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B field sales or telecom/tech experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify and recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services by guiding leads from first contact through final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and exceptional customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Consistently simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
