Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Account Executives to sell industry-leading pest management services to new and existing commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage processing, healthcare, and retail. You will join a results-oriented program with training to understand pest management services and products, and then present proposals to win business.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
Preferred two years of B2B sales experience; prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking) helpful.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers after inspecting and identifying pest issues.
Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
