Job summary

RNA Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and grow revenue across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You will learn our pest management solutions and leverage a comprehensive training program to excel in proposals and presentations.

You will inspect premises, build customers relationships, and manage sales cycles from prospecting to close in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated hunter with ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and related issues.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial clients.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure service delivery.
• Maintain sales activity in the CRM.
