Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and expand relationships with commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will learn our pest management services and build proposals to win contracts while maintaining a highly customer-focused approach.

You will prospect, present, and close deals, working within a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years in B2B sales with prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect sites and propose pest management solutions for commercial customers.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
