Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth by selling industry-leading pest management services to commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You will learn our offerings, craft proposals, and present solutions to win business.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining exceptional customer service within a results-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in B2B sales; prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, networking encouraged.
• Self-motivated, hunter mentality with ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
