Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You’ll join a results-oriented team and progress through comprehensive training to master our services and solutions.

You will identify opportunities, conduct field visits, and present proposals that drive revenue growth while delivering outstanding service. A true hunter with strong communication thrives here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in Business to Business sales with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter's mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Will be required to obtain any required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc. and sell pest control solutions to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of solutions.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
