Global Payments Inc. is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our Genius team and drive growth with small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.

You will build a strong field-based pipeline and deliver value-driven presentations. Role emphasizes in-person and virtual engagements, a high-energy, results-driven mindset, and the ability to close deals while maintaining accurate activity in Atlas and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience (min 1 year).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, results driven, team oriented.
• Professional presence and ability to connect with business owners.
• Willing to spend 75% of time in the field and hold a valid driver's license.
• Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtual to demonstrate benefits.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce.
