Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee in Santa Ana, CA. You will inspect vehicles, write estimates, and coordinate with body shops and rental companies to settle claims. This hands-on program includes field training centers across NY/TX/CA and a dedicated Santa Ana territory.

You’ll join a structured trainee program offering licensing, education opportunities, and ongoing development. Valid driver’s license is required, and some positions allow evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
