Job summary

GEICO is hiring a Field Auto Damage Trainee in the Waco, TX area. You will inspect vehicles, write repair estimates, and coordinate with body shops and rental agencies to settle claims after incidents.

You’ll receive license prep support, hands-on training at our Ashburn, VA facility and field training in NY, TX, and CA. Strong customer service and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license that meets underwriting guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
