Job summary

GEICO is hiring a Field Auto Damage Trainee in the Atlanta area. You will inspect vehicles, write repair estimates, and negotiate settlements while coordinating with body shops, rental agencies, and parts suppliers. This role includes hands-on training in Ashburn, VA and field centers across NY, TX, and CA.

We welcome candidates with customer-facing experience and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma required; daytime and weekend schedule options may apply.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume environments with KPIs is a plus.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training fees provided).

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Field-based work in the Atlanta, GA area with training at Ashburn, VA and field centers in NY/TX/CA.
