Job summary

GEICO in California is seeking a FieldAuto Damage Trainee to provide reassurance and solutions after accidents, inspect vehicles, estimate repair costs, and partner with body shops and parts providers.

This paid trainee program includes hands-on experience at facilities in Ashburn, VA and field centers across NY, TX, CA, with opportunities in the San Rafael, CA area. Licensing and education support are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• HS Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license that meets underwriting guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
