GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee to assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements, partnering with body shops and rental companies. The program includes hands-on experience at the Ashburn, VA facility and field rotations in NY, TX, and CA.

The role focuses on customer interaction, problem resolution, and meaningful impact, with licensing and ongoing education offered at no cost. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is a plus.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
