Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee in the Trenton, NJ area to inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements with body shops and rental providers. This role supports customers after accidents and contributes to GEICO’s mission to deliver quality coverage and great service.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs recommended.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required per underwriting guidelines.

• Consult with involved parties, review contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
