GEICO seeks a Field Auto Damage Trainee to inspect vehicles, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements across multiple centers. You will partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers to support customers after accidents.

The role involves hands-on training at Ashburn, VA, with field assignments in NY/MI/CA areas, and requires customer-facing skills, strong problem-solving, and the ability to handle high volumes and tight KPIs.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience required.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license per underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
