Job summary

GEICO is seeking a FieldAuto Damage Trainee to support customers after an accident. You will inspect vehicles, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements while partnering with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.

Training includes hands-on experience at our Ashburn, VA facility and additional field training in NY, TX, or CA. The Boise, ID territory is covered by a GEICO Fleet vehicle assignment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is a plus.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• Valid driver’s license per underwriting guidelines is required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, and write estimates.
