Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required under underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer interaction, review contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with body shops, rental agencies, and parts providers to facilitate repairs and settlements.
